Restorative Treatment
Dr. Bloch believes strongly in the importance of coordinated care with your general dentist in the successful treatment of periodontal disease. In many cases, you will see your dentist during active periodontal therapy to repair or replace worn, leaky, or defective restorations. This will often aid in our ability to treat your gum condition and allow you to better perform daily oral hygiene techniques.
Upon the successful completion of your periodontal treatment, you will be referred back to your general dentist for continued care. It is at this point that definitive restorative treatment, including implant restorations and other forms of permanent tooth repair or replacement, will be performed. Supportive and coordinated care with your general dentist is critical in reaching your goals for oral health.
