Insurance Information

While we do participate with many insurance for dental work carriers, the patient is financially responsible for treatment costs. If you provide insurance information when scheduling, we will contact your provider prior to your initial appointment to obtain an outline of your benefits including plan maximums, amounts used, and percentages of coverage. Any information we receive from your carrier is strictly an estimate and may change during the course of your treatment. We request that you keep us informed of any changes in your insurance coverage.

Dental Insurance

Our insurance coordinators work with hundreds of insurance companies, many of which offer a number of different dental and medical plans. Often times benefits, co-pays, and deductibles will change throughout the year. While we will make every effort to give you an accurate estimate of insurance benefits based on the information you and your carrier provide, please be aware that no guarantees of insurance reimbursement can be made.

We will certainly be happy to assist with any disputed claim you may have with your provider. Ultimately, insurance reimbursement is a contract between you, your employer, and your carrier and you are responsible for the payment of your account.
